Very caring and concerned about me. They don't just say here's a prescription and that's it. They want to see you again soon, to make sure you you are doing better. Dr Burrowes has been my PCP/GP for nearly 20 years and he will be as long as he is willing. He has been a great steward of my health.
I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Bala is genuinely concerned about the welfare of her patients, and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming.
I chose CFP because of their proximity to my work and the need for an annual physical to meet CIGNA guidelines. The first visit went fine. This year I went and had my physical which went fine until I received a bill for a co-pay. I called to dispute the charge and they said they added a physician's visit due to discussion of my hypertension. Ummm.... isn't that part of my physical?
