Would give zero stars if I could. Purchased our first home from Cassavia. 15 years later, still waiting for our initial deposit to be returned. Poor quality workmanship and even worse customer service from this builder. Was supposed to be a draw to win a brand new truck as well- they used this scam to help advertise and sell the new townhomes. This draw never even took place.

We bought a 2 year old home built by Cassavia in Angus. They must have had a blind person doing the drywall work here, this is byfar the worst i have ever seen. There are atleast 10 corner beads in the house that are cracked just not along the edges but also the middle of the bead. Overall very poor quality of work and should be avoided.
