Constant lies! We had him rebuild our house after Sandy and had constant problems. Our brand new roof leaks, he said he fixed it yet it continues to leak. He does not seem to have any tools or actually have any knowledge of building. Our front steps were built way too steep and he installed all of the windows wrong. We specifically told him we wanted windows with the grilles and he said don't worry you can put them in afterwards. All 32 of the windows do not have an aftermarket grille.
