I had a yearly physical with C Zimmerman on 12/19/23 and was not impressed with her handling of this appointment!! When I received the bill for this visit she had added a charge for an additional office visit without informing me that anything we discussed would cause this extra charge!!! I have attempted numerous times to get this charge removed but no one in Unity Point has been willing to remove his extra charge!!! NOT A HAPPY PATIENT AND I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND UNITY POINT OR C C Zimmerman TO ANYONE!!!!
I've been seeing Cassie for a couple of years and appreciate her collaborative style. She has always been kind & compassionate in her dealings with me. She listens and then we discuss appropriate next steps, she helped me overcome an issue I had been dealing with for over a decade. I would recommend Cassie to anyone looking for a new PCP.
