Great place I have been a client of the salon for more than a year now. If you a looking for great High End Hair Salon Experience and you don't want to drive to Boston-this is the place to go. The place is not expensive considering that my stylist Sarah always does a great job. You get what you pay for.If you want to get hair extensions -go to Sarah. She does tons of hairs shows and also trains people how to do hair extensions. The Salon also have very nice spa and skin care treatments. I highly recommend it .
Worth Every Penny I have done my stylist shopping over the years in NH + MA. Finally I found Sara Duquette at Cassandras. Her color + cutting abilities are unmatched. I have tried Newbury St in Boston + other various high end salons. Sarah's talent far exceeds what I've encountered. Price is worth it every time. Not a week goes by that someone does not compliment my hair color +/or style! Have been her client for years and will remain one!
Good Experience :) wow i am amazed by all the negative comments! my experience at cassandras (and i have been going for several years now) has been nothing but positive! i think you have to do a little bit of "hairdresser shopping" to find the one hairdresser who works there you like the best. it took a few different times of going to get my hair cut until i found the one lady who does the best with my hair! we each have our own preferences and need the hairstylist who meets your needs! Be careful who you let cut your hair Depending on who cuts your hair it could be a wonderful experience or a disaster. I won't mention any names, but the women who cut my hair (short bobbed multi colord hair older woman) didnt listen to a word I said about how I wanted my hair. She was rude and aggressive and it was the worst hair cut I had ever had. So I left the salon with my hair in a pony tail just as I came in except $60.00 broker because the manager didnt offer anything off or even a coupon for my next appointment. Bot... read more
Wonderful Experience! I have been going to Cassandra's for many years. Before I was a client at Cassandra's I tried many different salons and spas. Nothing has ever compared to the service I get at Cassandra's. I used to have to drive a half an hour from where I got my hair done to go to another spa where I trusted someone to do my nails and waxing; now I can get everything done in one place. Don't recommend I got a $100 gift certificate and went to Cassanda's. I got a full set of nails done less than a week ago. Tip were not put on nor did she file them. My hair gets caught on them. My nails are lifting. Lee press on nails are looking good. For $60 they should be perfect. Now I'm out $100. Happy birthday to me! For $100 I could of gone anywhere else and got a full set, pedicure and 2 fills. Pretty sad!! If you want a high end salon and spa and charge these prices. You should employ professional people. Service and the haircuts are great - I wouldn't leave I have been going to Cassandra's for 15+ years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Although the prices are high for the area - I think the value is there. (When the rates went up a few years ago - I tried a few other places and people asked what happened to my hair.)
