Worst Haircut, Highlights and Waxing ever! Honestly, this was a terrible experience. I live in Nashua and was going to a salon in Boston. Tired of the drive, I looked online for a local salon. I came across their website and thought from the pictures I saw that I could get a good cut and color there. I was wrong. It's worth it... sort of The biggest problem with this salon is the customer service... Try calling sometime and I guarantee you'll be on hold for about 10 minutes. And when you go in there... They're not that busy. The staff in the front of the salon is not exactly friendly, but there is one reason I continue to go to this salon. If you need a wax, I would recommend going to Lisa. a pleasant surprise! My sister gave me a gift certificate to Cassandra Salon and Spa as a surprise pick-me-up after a difficult month. So, I went online and saw the reviews of the salon and wasn't sure what type of experience I would have. Much to my surprise my visit to Cassandra's was more than a pleasant experience! Dissapointed My stylist refused me an appointment after claiming that I no-showed her on several occassions. I had cancelled an appointment a day ahead of time after realizing I couldn't make it but apparently the receptionist didn't make note of my cancellation. After receiving a verbal lashing over the phone, I am left confused and more importantly without a stylist. Very unprofessional communication skills both internally and with clients as well. local i had a wonderful experience at this salon, i went to leah for my eyelash extentions (which are beautiful by the way) and i had my hair done with sara, first i had just gone in for a trim and it turned out i ended up getting some highlights for the summertime and some hair extentions to make my hair the length ive been trying to get to for a long time... ive never been happier with how i look and ive never felt better about myself. Nice Spa but pricey This spa is very elegant on the inside but you definitely pay for it in prices! They offer a wide variety of services and the inside is very modern and extremely clean. I was not happy with my hair cut as it was done by a hairdresser who had a lot of personal problems with which she filled me in on so I never went back. The cost was also a factor.
Good place for a hair cut This is a good place for a hair cut. I did not try out the other spa offering but did get a good hair cut. The staff was very friendly and helpful although the price was on the high side. The shop is very modern and clean and so I didn't mind waiting for my appointment.
Don't recommend I got a $100 gift certificate and went to Cassanda's. I got a full set of nails done less than a week ago. Tip were not put on nor did she file them. My hair gets caught on them. My nails are lifting. Lee press on nails are looking good. For $60 they should be perfect. Now I'm out $100. Happy birthday to me! For $100 I could of gone anywhere else and got a full set, pedicure and 2 fills. Pretty sad!! If you want a high end salon and spa and charge these prices. You should employ professional people. Service and the haircuts are great - I wouldn't leave I have been going to Cassandra's for 15+ years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Although the prices are high for the area - I think the value is there. (When the rates went up a few years ago - I tried a few other places and people asked what happened to my hair.) The service at the front desk (from Nicole and her team) is great and they are very friendly, the haircuts (from Sky) are predictably wonderful and the salon environment is relaxing and friendly.
