I have had Kaiser more than 10 years and stuck with Dr. Sims not just because she is technically a technically a great doctor she always goes out of her way to help with my weird medical issues. While Kaiser has many management issues, I stick with Kaiser because I don't want to lose her.
I wish I can rate Dr. Sims beyond just 5-star. This is our first appointment with Dr. Sims, while waiting in the lab, we cannot wait and write down this review. She not only thoroughly went through all previous reports, more importantly, for complicated situations we currently have, Dr. Sims suggested a great strategy that we can follow. Thank you, Dr. Sims.
