I returned to Kaiser after using a different insurance plan for a few years while my kids were in college. I really like the Kaiser facilities — they are clean, comfortable, and well organized. The doctors, nurses, and staff have all been friendly and helpful, and scheduling appointments and visits has been very easy. I recently had my first visit with my PCP, Dr. Sims.
