We are a service company that serviced this companies properties...They refused to pay numerous invoices for services rendered...We are currently trying to collect by other means.

The vendor failed to invoice for work rendered for over two years in some cases. He was constantly reminded by us for invoices but failed to follow through. Many properties he finally found that he neglected to invoice on were sold or no longer managed by the company. Multiple properties he finally invoiced on were sold 5-6 months before we received an invoice. This company was my management company from 11/XXXX-XX/2017 - they will not provide routine maintenance and it took us over a month to get a sewer line repaired. This company does not use registered contractors as required by our city and would not have on the sewer line repair had I not contacted the city and insisted they follow City code. As I am sure that you can understand, repairs can be costly for an owner and can be unexpected. We try to facilitate repairs with their budgets and their concerns, the best we can.
