Cyndy is the best stylist in Tri-Cities! If you have curly hair and want highlights, you will find no one better. The salon is comfortable and always clean.
Cassandra has been cutting and coloring/highlights my hair now for over 2 years. We moved to the area and it's honestly kind of intimidating to trust people with your hair. I feel very lucky!
