As a first time homebuyer who had many different ideas and dreams. I could've been a realtor's nightmare i was all over the place! but Cassandra never treated me like i was crazy. Absolutely top notch service. Mrs Engrum has stayed in contact with me even when I was not completely ready to buy! Her business acumen leaves nothing to be desired! She has been persistent in finding out what I am looking for and the things that are most important to me in this process and has gone the extra mile to address these things! I highly recommend her to anyone in search of a home and a service that is exceptional!!!
Sandy was AMAZING!! She even worked on her day off and was immediately communicative for every change. So completely honest and ethical, even informing me of things she wasn't required to, to my great benefit. I won't work with anyone else. Ever. So yall better keep her and treat her right!! I've never had someone be so immediately informative for every possible change as well as looking out for me in every choice when she felt my empathy overrode my common sense.
