Cassady Village management team is amazing!! We are proud of our office staff..Ms.Ikea..and we have the best maintenance technician in all of Columbus ohio..his name is Dave. There is nothing he can't do..does it correctly the first time every time.His disability does stop this man period. I've been here 8 years and he has out tasked everyone before him. Thank you Dave. He deserves a raise and a paid vacation. We at Cassady Village appreciate you!!!!
The rental office is very rude and unprofessional.
Update on my previous review , the new property manager we got around October of last year is phenomenal!she's attentive to details and she cares about her tenants ,very patient and diligent in her work. I'd suggest she keeps up the good work , thank you for making my house a home again!
This place is a joke I moved in the 1st night my apartment flooded then I had a agency pay the security deposit & rent & no one was on the property to accept the payment or in the office it’s a yr later & no one come on the property til it’s rent time the pipes always bust never no hot water available they put the apartment together in 2 days & everything in it is falling apart can’t wait on my court date
