How long does it take to get estimates on a small property, I called this place to get a few quotes , shop around for other estimates/quotes, not professional at all, could've called me, or sent an Email..
My neighbor apparently had a rogue survey done and was claiming that our garage was on their property with the intent of taking the property. Cassidy surveyed our property and confirmed that our garage is in fact not on the neighbor's property. In the past Cassidy has surveyed our property and both of the neighbors properties on both sides.The neighbor has not tried to take us to court on it yet but if they do I feel extremely confident we will come forth victorious based on the survey we got from Cassidy and associates.
