Friendly staff. Appreciate the attention to detail
CASSA Residences is leased out by Blueground Company. I have lived here in Apt. 44B for over a year and things have been terrible and getting worse every week. No safety or maintenance issues have been addressed. I’m moving out on May 1st but it’s been a terrible experience leasing from Blueground. Avoid this building at all costs. This property used to operate as half condo, half hotel. But recently, management decided to convert all hotel units into condos. Since then, it has been constant construction noise all day with heavy drilling throughout the week. What’s worse, the building only has two elevators, and management has permanently locked one for construction use.
