I moved out three weeks ago and still have not received my $5,500 security deposit. At this point, I am considering taking legal action to recover it. The building also has two elevators, and they were constantly out of service — sometimes both at the same time. Based on my experience living here and dealing with management after moving out, I absolutely cannot recommend this building. Please think twice before moving here.

CASSA Residences is leased out by Blueground Company. I have lived here in Apt. 44B for over a year and things have been terrible and getting worse every week. No safety or maintenance issues have been addressed. I’m moving out on May 1st but it’s been a terrible experience leasing from Blueground. They are an inept, incompetent and utterly cynical business. They take your money every month and give you nothing in return.
