The facility is very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly, caring, and professional. Excellent service overall.
From the bottom of my heart, I have visited my loved one here several times, and each time I truly feel that this place is like a second home — a place filled with warmth, love, and genuine care from the dedicated and compassionate staff toward the elderly residents.
We’ve had a wonderful experience with CASS. The staff are consistently kind, caring, and truly have good hearts. They always keep the residents’ wellbeing and dignity in mind, and it really shows in the way they support families too. The facility is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. There are also a variety of activities for the elderly, which helps keep residents engaged and socially connected. My parents have been here since 2023, and they are very happy with the care and service provided. Highly recommended.
