Amazing team of nurses and CNA's that worked in the ER and with Dr. Carroll. My son had emergency surgery and from the moment we arrived in the ER till we left they were all kind, caring and gave him exceptional care. We were there 2 days and always kept comfortable. I will even say that the food they served was really good. My son loved the meatloaf and homemade rolls! 😊 Thank you so much everyone! I’ve had my blood drawn MANY times over the years. Every draw I’ve had at Cass Regional has been really good but this last one by Carlos was AWESOME! He even used the bigger needle and I hardly felt it, no bruising (and I bruise easily!) and I was in and out of the department with quick efficiency.
