Every time I'm in the ER, they make me feel welcome and are very very nice. I love all of the nurse's there. They make sure you're okay and taken care of. I've only had one bad experience there, but they solved that problem right away. I'm thankful for the Cass regional staff. You guys are the best. ��
I like Cass Regional because they are fast, their emergency room sees you in a heartbeat and immediately you get a room, you get a doctor, you get the nurses .....and get the solution solved you're medically sound and you're home all within about an hour! Plain and simple. Yes they could improve and be a little more giggly and the doctor needs to smile once in a blue moon. I will admit that! �
I was having a hard time breathing. The staff promptly got me a wheelchair, and took me where i needed to go. Everyone was friendly, considerate, and attentive. I had 2 appointments & both were with no wait time.
My son was the patient they took very good care of him and then he was able to leave and go back home. Everyone was very professional.
I am updating my review, I was able over a period of time to talk to Brenda the office manager. She has made me aware that they are aware of phone issues, and are working diligently to correct them, and make it a better experience for their patients. Brenda bent over backwards, to help our situations, we were able to see Dr. Travis, and the outcome has been great. Thank you Brenda for the way you handled our situation.
I went there to ER and then admitted for very low blood pressure and anemia, All, an I mean All the staff were professional an put me at ease about my issues. Their consideration/compassion kept my stress to a very minimum �����
To me, this is the best hospital , best doctors, and best nurses I've ever been to. I'd take my dog there if I could!!!
