Extremely disappointed with service provided. We originally were planning to have new shower head, valve and spout replaced. We were quoted $1600 or $250 to replace shower cartridge. We opted to replace shower cartridge. Unfortunately the technican could not remove the old cartridge and we were given a bill for $165 for a diagnostic charge and apologies for not being able to complete the job.
