I travel a lot and probably worst experience ever. I would have been better in my car. To start only one elevator worked. Room was a closet. The sheets were extremely dirty and had hairs in them. Got the only other room in the place with a smaller room and nowhere to even open a suitcase. Everything in the room was also dirty but sheets at least looked clean. People were very loud. It was horrible. Way too small and they didn’t advertise that. The doors don’t close properly. The elevator was tiny and not secure. No fridge or utensils in the room. The shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold no in between. Don’t visit this place unless you wanna have a terrible time.
I was disappointed with my stay, especially given the price we paid for a chain hotel on Memorial Day weekend. The rate felt inflated, and the room did not come close to matching what was advertised. Our room was extremely small. It felt like a shoebox. The photos made the rooms look much more spacious, comfortable, and updated than they actually were. The biggest issue was - there was Not hot water at all. I waited around an hour but they couldn’t fix it. I even did not hear an apology from the rude reception people. Never ever stay here
Smallest room, oldest bed, moldiest bathroom, leakiest windows, thinnest walls I've experienced. There was no remote for the in room TV. The towels were aged, and some had holes. Pay $20 more to get SO MUCH MORE anywhere else. The staff were very nice, and it's in a great location, so I gave a star for each of those points. Free breakfast was nice, but mid, and there's no parking validation. Won't be back, cannot recommend.
