Best pediatric dentist!
It's always fun for my kids to come to Dr. Kaelin's office. This time around, with the pandemic situation, I wasn't so sure and thought about delaying my kids' appointments, but after finding out All of the steps (22 or more!) Dr. Kaelin's office is taking to protect everyone and keep everyone healthy during their visits - there was no need to delay. We had a great visit today and never felt like all of the measures were taken just for show. It was serious protocol to follow. Dr. Kaelin truly cares about her employees and her patients. Everyone is required to wear a mask, temperature is taken prior to entering the office, supplies are used only once, rooms are disinfected after every patient, and so on. I wouldn't be comfortable visiting any doctor myself right now (except in emergency situations), unless I knew the extensive measures the office has taken to insure my health was their priority. Dr. Kaelin's office is doing just that. I would highly recommend Dr. Kaelin's office to anyone looking for a dentist for their children. And my kids would agree, since they always get the best goodies/ treasures after their visits!

Like family
My kids have been seen here for most of their young lives. I have had a recent emotional long journey and the staff have been there every step of the way. I'm praying my bridge that is due to be placed in a couple of weeks turns out as good as the rest of their work. The staff is like family and knows what to do for most situations and the anxiety, and helps you regain confidence in your smile to feel beautiful again.

Experience was pleasant and the Dr. was very professional. I felt that she explained everything thoroughly to me and my family. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS.

Great care!
Dr. Broyles offered me great service. I had to have 8 teeth repaired and she was very gentle and nice and helped me through my anxiety. I definitely recommend this dentist.

I HAD TO GIVE A "STAR RATING" IN ORDER TO CONTINUE WITH MY RATING. TRUTHFULLY, I GIVE THIS OFFICE ZERO STARS. CHECK THE MISSOURI DENTAL BOARD WEBSITE. THERE ARE DOZENS OF VERIFIED COMPLAINTS AGAINST DR BROYLES WITH ALMOST EXACT EXPERIENCE AS OURS. HER LICENSE WAS SUSPENDED BY THE DENTAL BOARD. I WISHED I NEVER WENT THERE AFTER THE CARE AND TREATMENT I RECEIVED.

IF YOU COULD GIVE NO STARS THAT'S WHAT THEY DESERVE
DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST. THEY WILL TELL YOU YOU NEED DENTAL WORK THAT YOU DON'T. THEY'LL TRY TO GET YOU TO TAKE OUT THOUSANDS IN LOANS FOR THAT WORK. I PERSONALLY LOST 2 TEETH TO THEIR POOR DENTISTRY AFTER SPENDING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS

The doctor was very rushed and she didn't want to spend time with me. I needed a tooth pulled and when I told her that I was getting dental insurance within the next couple of months through work, she wouldn't even discuss what problems I have since I wasn't going to have it treated immediately. She said, what's the point? VERY rude and condescending.
Don't fall for the constant postcards and ads in the paper.
