It's nice to see an organization so involved in the communities they serve. There's some great people at Cass County Electric that do a great job taking care of the members. You won't find that kind of service from other utility providers.
Fucking bull shit server and bull shit hours. Didn't know power was off till we got home from our jobs after 5 PM. Called right away to square up the bill right in full as it is hot as hell so we can get the AC on in a third floor apartment. Life happens you forget things. Talk to a representative to get someone out here right away to they can get anyone out here to help and get the power and AC back on even with 3 1/2 month old baby in the apartment because it is after hours.
