Took our Lexus GX 550 here for body work repair after Cass came recommended by our dealer. They were overall fantastic to work with. Cass Collision on Hayes Road in Shelby Township provided excellent customer service. They repaired my vehicle after a deer accident in October 2025, and the work was great. Months later, I realized the rear passenger-side door, which I do not use often, was not closing correctly. I stopped by the shop in June 2026 and asked if they could take a look. Mark went above and beyond to help with our vehicle that was damaged by wood & cement pieces thrown from a stump grinder. After months of issues (on our end) we were finally able to have it repaired. Through it all Mark was willing to help at all times. We picked the vehicle up today and the job was impeccable. We have used Cass Collision in the past and this was just another reason to love this shop.
