Excellent place to live. Management is very friendly and helpful. Our unit is beautiful. Maintenance promptly responds to requests for service. Update: Moved out a couple of months ago and recently received the security deposit in full. Very trustworthy. 5 stars.

I would like to give a Dan the Maintenance Man a shoutout! The BEST and friendliest son of a gun I've met in Detroit! He's diligent, knowledgable and incredible at his job. I sincerely wish him and his family nothing but the best! Also, I want to thank Nagira for all of her help while I was living here. It meant a lot. I loved this location and the building. With such rich history and character, (not to mention it's affordability) I really enjoyed living here for well over a year. Thanks a ton!
Hands down, this is the best place you could ever live! The landlord, Nagria, is truly outstanding — she’s very respectful, kind, and extremely understanding. Anytime I had a need or concern, she was quick to help and always made sure everything was taken care of.
