Dr. Casperson was an excellant Dr. for my 97 year old father. He had an infection on the foot. His PCP told him he was going to loose the foot. After months of medical procedures and grafting at the infectious disease center in Conroe he had a full recovery. He took all the time we needed for questions and answers. We saw him for a total of about 6 months or so. His staff was nothing but wonderful. I would recommend him everyone.
Update: called back to schedule and again rudely treated. I said if your treat me like this don’t worry about me using your service. Stuff “”no problem “”. Real shame that staff can ruin what seams to be a good doctor! Staff is rude and no comparison for Veterans. After stetting up appointment comfirming insurance co-Pays of phone. Showed up for appointment with VA letting confirming I’ve 25 years of service and disabled Veteran. I’d misplaced my Military ID and have to travel to Fort Polk to get is reissued.
