I wouldn't even give this place a star. Don't let the kindness they will show you to get you signed and renting fool you. the staff here are hateful and do not do their job. They will mistreat you in a heartbeat then act as if they can do no wrong. It is a very toxic office environment. Sophia "does her job" high on a very extreme power trip. Keep copies of every document you turn in to these guys including and especially the document regarding existing damages already present for when you moved in to the apartment. The very same day I turned that document in they had a maintenance-man come over to replace drip trays that weren't present in our stove top. Roughly 2 months in, a pipe bursts in the master bedroom (boiler heating, one of the heating pipes broke) soaking the carpet they finally manage to have that fix... Continue Reading

So I picked Casper Village over a year ago as I was moving into town from out of state. It truly made my introduction to Wyoming horrible. Anywhere else would have been better. To start: The unit I was in has an exceptionally bad water knocking issue. When it is cold outside, it almost sounds like I live inside of an MRI machine. I've with held leaving a bad review on here multiple times. really Casper village this trash situation is disgusting. you have hundreds of people living here I'm sure you can figure out a more efficient way of managing the trash than allowing it to pile into heaping stinking unsanitary mountains all the time, that not only look and smell disgusting, but in sure are in violation of health codes. the reasons I dont recommend casper village apartments they decided that our dog (which has been on the lease the whole time) wasnt actually on the lease and tried charging us for a pet deposit again. I called on the third which is the last day to pay rent in this hellhole and left a voicemail asking if they could call me back sometime around six (called about 11 30) and said that I had rent but due that the TWO people who work in the office both apparently need sundays off I am now being charged a late fee. I have lived here for three years in the same apartment. I enjoy the atmosphere here and the management crew is great. They create fun activities for the residential community here. Thank you guys!
Landlords are amazing and helpful. They are always there to answer questions or help when needed. There are some really horrible people who live here but they are leaving slowly. Apartments are nice and have the right amount of space. Need a better law in forced about pets though
