I wouldn't even give this place a star. Don't let the kindness they will show you to get you signed and renting fool you. the staff here are hateful and do not do their job. They will mistreat you in a heartbeat then act as if they can do no wrong. It is a very toxic office environment. Sophia "does her job" high on a very extreme power trip.
