Buyer be ware do not buy here. This is the condition of the mattress upon delivery. We asked if they can exchange the mattress due to box ripped up and held together by re-tape. This mattress looks like it went through meat grinder and we were told NO! They have zero costumer service. We will be contacting attorney general office and better business bureau. You can not treat full paid costumer this way!

I purchased a Casper hybrid cooling pillow from Target and I feel compelled to write this review. It is the worst pillow I’ve ever owned. It is too thick for anyone of normal size. It is not “medium firm” it is just firm. I hate it and I can’t believe people pay a premium for this pillow. It is terrible.
