Dont recommend their financing. Other than that has been a good furnace.
Terrific customer service is so appreciated. Our central air decided to take a break when the outside temperatures were soaring...not fun. The great employees at with Casper Tin showed up after hours to diagnose the issue, obtain the necessary parts, and were back the following day to get the system back up and running again! Travis was the most professional, intelligent guy anyone could ask for. He found the problem with our central air and got it going in a quick, efficient manner. I would recommend this company any day! So thankful to have someone budget friendly, understanding and efficient. 5 stars!
Woke up this morning to a 60 degree house and no heat. I tried troubleshooting the heater as best I could, and Casper Tin was my first call when I realized I needed more help. Kent was helpful and knowledgeable, and he took care to not track in snow or mud. He replaced my gas value quickly and now I’m warm inside on this single-digit day. If you need an HVAC company for your home or business, I can’t recommend Casper Tin enough!
