I recently purchased a duvet cover from Casper and couldn’t be happier with the quality and comfort. The material feels incredibly soft and luxurious—exactly what I was looking for to upgrade my bedding. I also want to give a big shoutout to Bruce for his outstanding customer service. He was super knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Thanks to Bruce and the Casper team, the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I recently bought a duvet cover from Casper and I’m genuinely so happy with it. It’s super soft, looks beautiful on my bed, and feels like such an upgrade. I also have to mention how helpful Bruce was—he was so kind and patient, answered all my questions, and made the whole process really easy. Shopping at Casper was such a great experience thanks to him. Highly recommend both the product and the service.

We needed a new bed and on a recommendation from friends we decided to check out Casper beds. We entered the store and we were warmly greeted by Bianca! She proceeded to tell us about the different beds and then let us try each one out. Bianca answered all our questions and provided a lot of great information but we never felt like we were pressured in a "salesy" sort of way. We picked out our bed and we are excited to receive it this week!

Great experience shopping at Casper here. We bought the "split King" with adjustable bases, and they arranged to take away our old bed and frame and totally set up the new one. Customizing is easy here, too. We actually got 2 different Casper mattresses for the split King. Couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!!
