My wife and I visited the South Coast Plaza store and found the buying experience very relaxed and enjoyable. We worked with Kevin who was extremely patient and explained the various differences between the mattresses and ultimately decided on the Snow Max. We also benefited from some of the research our friends had done who were fans of Casper which also helped. Overall, the buying experience was seamless, relaxed and positive. We look forward to sleeping on our new mattress. Special thanks to Kevin and the Casper team.
