Sameer was great to work with. There was no pressure and he was very patient in answering all of my questions. He was also very open and honest in answering my questions instead of trying to "sell" me. I really appreciate this and it was a big reason we decided to move forward with our purchase. It is also reassuring to know we have someone to go back to that will be able to help if we have any question or concerns. Great experience and extremely helpful. Definitely would recommend.
Thanks Sameer for your help! Made everything very easy for me.
Laura and Angela were both amazing and helpful. They gave me the space and time to try out each bed, and patiently helped me weigh the costs between their different bundles and options. I was originally going to place my order online, but was ultimately sold on a bundle deal that was only available in-store. 5/5 would nap there again
I strongly recommend choosing Casper for quality and their excellent customer service! Everyone we worked with is knowledgeable and helpful; special thanks to Angela for going above and beyond to assist us.
Sameer Gupta is very nice and supportive. He knows a lot about products and recommends the best fit. Thanks!
