Angela was so helpful and a super star! She listen to what we needed with back support. She was able to let us know what was the best products for us. She even sold us on the bundle deal which is a way better deal. I was in and out of the store before 30mins. I even learned that 4/20 is Casper’s birthday. Came in to buy a mattress with no knowledge in what the differences are but Angela was such a sweetheart and really helped me and made me feel so comfortable. She gave me different options and explained what each mattresses have to offer. I thought it was going to be such a stressful day but she made it way easier than that. Thank you so much Angela for all your help. You’re amazing and definitely recommend her to my friends.
I bought a Casper Snow mattress last week. Although it hasn't arrived, I wanted to say a word about my positive experience with Sameer. He was so gracious and knowledgable and made my shopping experience very enjoyable.
Sameer was very helpful and responsive to our questions. We love our King Snow Max. It's our second Casper mattress and after 8 years we needed a new mattress. This us definitely an upgrade. Appreciated the help with the disposal of our old mattress.
Came into the store today and was helped out by Sam. He was really patient and attentive to our needs and took the time to explain everything. Thanks Sam!
