Do not use them. They used to have great service but it's gone way down hill. If you just need a part or something simple then roll the dice and give them a shot. If you operate a real snow company, STAY AWAY! When something goes wrong with your equipment (even under warranty) they don't care and will only help if it's easy for them. I am so fed up with the fact that so many companies only care about there bottom line and fail to see that their bottom line grows when they help customers.
