Always a great buying experience! I’ve purchased all of my mattresses over the years from Casper. The Miami Beach showroom was always great, easy ways to compare options, staff is knowledgeable and helpful, and literally in and out with a mattress in about 15 minutes.
Michael and Juan were extremely helpful. I called in advance because I knew which mattress I wanted. They had it waiting for me when I arrived and helped me load it in the car. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Very grateful for the customer service that went above and beyond my expectations!
