I had such a great experience at the Casper store on Lincoln Road! I came in looking for the right pillow and Chuck went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. He was patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to explain the differences between options so I could make the best choice. Thanks to his help, I’ve been sleeping much more comfortably. Highly recommend both the store and asking for Chuck if you stop by!

Overall great experience working with the team at this location. Chuck was very helpful when I visited the store and Michael was awesome to work with over the phone to complete my order and ensure the specific products we wanted were delivered on a target date. Highly recommend this location.
