Dr. Dash has left town and abandoned all of his patients. Didn't even make a simple phone call or write a letter explaining why. Didn't follow up once with me in the 5 weeks after my surgery. Will be reporting him!
I paid for my service in full which I felt was substandard and as of 4 months I still can not get a refund, They refuse to answer to me or my insurance and now I;m afraid they have skipped town as they will not answer the phone.
I think we try-to put-off a trip to the doctor until it's almost too late! Consider: foot/ankle pain is like a bad tooth ache---the more it hurts the less time we spend finding the best doctor available. I'm a long-time patient of Dr. Eric Dash, relieved to know he's still practicing, Casper WY; In Lancaster, CA, Dr. Dash did out-patient surgeries on both my feet-healed 100% w/o infection and I was back on my feet w/o pain in no-time! I was very happy with the service and treatment I received from the this private practice. All the staff was very knowledgeable and informative and Dr. Dash greatly exceeded my expectations in diagnosis and treatment. Would recommend this practice to anyone and everyone.
Trouble with proper billing of insurance. I paid in full at time of service and they did not show that to insurance. Having trouble receiving refund after 8 months. Also felt I was overcharged not properly diagnosed.
