Had an excellent cleaning and check-up today. Holley, my dental hygienist, was awesome and super gentle. Dr. Casper was great and explained everything clearly. The staff is friendly and the office is comfortable and clean. Highly recommended!
Dr. Casper is simply the best! I was in terrible pain due to the incompetence of another dentist from Kennewick who’d caused damage to my tooth and gums, leading to serious gum infection and terrible nerve pain that lasted 10 days. Casper Family Dental were recommended by my colleague and they were kind enough to see me the same day. They did the most incredible job! Not only is Dr Casper professional and talented, but also incredibly nice and caring. I honestly have never met a Dr like that before!
This is the place to go for all your dental needs for you and your family! Dr. Casper, kashann, and Stacy are all amazing! It’s been a while since I’ve been to the dentist since I was a kid, i was a little traumatized at the experience I had when i was younger and my experience here at Casper family dental has been phenomenal. They exam your teeth, get a plan going for you and they make sure whatever needs to get done gets done! Im proud i made this my dental place! Thank you guys!
My appointment here today was great! Everyone here is positive, professional and I had the best cleaning with Janny. This office goes far above the usual meet and greet! I learned of effective use of dental hygiene I can practice at home too. Kashann Dr. Casper's wife has been fabulous in navigating Medicare and understanding the insurance policies. First time at a new dentist after my hygienist moved locations. I’m glad to see that she picked an exceptional Doctor and staff to share her talents. Kasheen was wonderful, and Dr. Casper engaging and thorough. Office and exam rooms very comforting and well thought out. This is going to be a good fit!!
