The worst service ever! My daughter and I have been waiting 8 weeks for our eye glasses, only for the staff to tell me after the ninth week to come in and get my money back for the frames. They did say I could pick out new frames and wait another 4 to 6 weeks for new glasses if I wanted.
My significant other went in today and everything they told me about this place infuriates me. The doctor/office was extremely unprofessional. The doctor was ranting about his beliefs on covid with literally no prompt, which is completely unprofessional. Wether I agree or disagree is irrelevent because this sort of conversation in a professional situation is not ok in the slighest. He even started to complain about how my partner's hair looked, which definitely has 0 place in a professional setting like this. The office also... read more

Great Doctor, excellent patient care. Address is not correct though. Correct address is 30 n Broadway, Coal City, IL. They took my Union insurance VSP insurance without problems. Glasses arrived quicker than anticipated.
