I have had vastly different experiences here depending entirely on who is working. Gabriel is a super nice guy and very polite. He hooked me up to one machine which ended up giving me CEL/christmas tree on my dash. Decided to clear it and drive for a bit but still failed readiness cause I didn't drive long enough (my fault). I still tipped Gabriel with a fail cause he was extremely understanding and accommodating.
