I waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, along with arriving 15 minutes early for paperwork as this is my first time going here. There was one person ahead of me, a total of three other people walked in during that 45 minutes and they were all called in to be seen before me. I don’t normally do bad reviews over incidents like this, but they were aware of their poor scheduling, and had to apologize to me twice.
I have gone to Dr. Caskey for years, generally it's been for extractions, but he is consistently impressive with those to be clear. He has a great staff too, so I have no doubt that his extractions skills run parallel with all other dental services. Highly recommend this office.
