I will only go to this dentist. He has done wonderful work, and he is a very kind gentleman with a good heart. I am so grateful to him and his team.
Kind of brutal with extractions. Billing staff believes flex card benefits above and beyond the basic dental coverage are not real - even laughed when i said I'd already verified it with my insurance 3 times and refused to double check their "information". I would have received better treatment and better fitting dentures if they actually knew what they were talking about regarding insurance coverage and benefits
So good so experienced,him and his assistants are good been there 2x and got the job done without me having a panic attack☺️💜
Would not help me with the pain after the surgery. When I asked for pain medication to help stop the pain. Mr Travis Caskey called me a drug addiction an then proceeded to say I was suicidal. This office will be reporting this to the dental association an medical board.
