Black people lie a lot , so don’t pay attention to black peoples what they say , otherwise nice apartments. Very friendly management, very helpful

I went by the office. Closed, I tried to go to the managers apartment upstairs. No answer from the door or the ring cameras. I came at business hours and no help at all. Don't waste your time here. No help at all. I just wanted basic information.

I read the reviews and they need to look into the management team. no one should be experiencing discrimination. what happen to fair opportunity. this sound like some one is operating of personal feelings. they are not being professional if they are targeting a certain minority. They should fix it before they get sued. there are people who have the money and time for court.

They are racist towards African American families. BEWARE! If they don't rent to black families the racism would be obvious, therefore, they rent to few black families and begin to harass them until they move, so that it doesn't look like they evict black families. Hyder management Terri Valdespino has been getting away with it for years. WHERE IS BEN CARSON????

They don’t have good security no swimming pool cats run around every where laundry room stinks and charges you the manager is very rude homeless people just walk around whenever they want the kids don’t have basketball courts to play on the tow trucks just tow any car they want and kids just throw there trash every where they ding dong ditch are homes late at night
