My roommate and I both really love it here! Though throughout the day and most of the night you’ll hear the train passing by, but other than that it’s an awesome little complex! ✨
A very nice and secluded community in a safe neighborhood. Next to a catholic church and walking distance to two elementary schools and one high school.

This is now called "The Miranda Apartments" Don't move here, everything is kinda cheap and that's okay, the problem is the train is so close and so loud you will never get a decent nights sleep. It's awful!
The neighbors are very kind. The apartment has a few kinks here and there — no insulation on the front door, trims underneath cabinets and throughout the house are falling apart, dishwasher doesn’t work, and the washers and dryers aren’t always the best. It’s a great place for a first apartment, renting with roommates. Everything else is very well taken care of.
