Dismal to say the least! While tooting how lovely everything is in the apartments, the ads leave out the hiring and firing of people at will, often, over the employee defending the rights of their tenants; Overworked without sufficient compensation; stretching tasks to cover multiple maintenance jobs; Lack of employee appreciation from the female taskmasters that have overtaken the apartment complex. If I could give this a zero star review, I would. This company is lower than dog shit. In the 2 years we have lived in one of their apartment complexes we have had roaches, crack heads coming up and asking for cigarettes and alcohol, the pool was NEVER open cause it was fucking filthy, 3 suicides, several drug dealers that were busted, the outside and inside of the building is literally falling apart.
