Would leave a 0 start rating if I could, management lack professionalism and proper communication. Assistant is very uneducated and lacks knowledge. I also agree they treat/talk to people based off appearance. They take advantage of the NEED most renters have. There is not beating them, they are the voice of reason.
Management is unprofessional. WORST PLACE TO GIVE YOUR RENT MONEY ! They will towed your vehicle & hardly ever parking a lot. Maintenance guys are never working ! You get an uncomfortable stare from them!
Worst place to rent from. Disgusting staff! To start off “management” is by far the most unprofessional uneducated staff there is. The old one Lucy hates her own kind. Go somewhere else because these people forget that They Are Staff not Hall monitors. They don’t allow guest to your own apartment and they will tow any guest car that parks in the apartment premises. Just remember this Lucy if you’re reading this. What goes around comes around..
Disgusting place to live at, super expensive rent but when you call and ask them to go fix it they never do but are quick to call towing service on any cars, manager Lucy and her assistant are rude and stereotype people on how they’re dress or how they look. Charge for everything even a parking spot but this place is filled with drug dealers and still try and make people live there. Manager Lucy is not fair and neither is assistant. I lived there for a short time the manager Lucy is disgusting the apartments are dirty there is no parking and the ladies of the administration start to see things without importance that the real problems do not live there disgusting place
