First off, I would like to say how rude and disrespectful the manager Kerry is. Completely condescending and has so much attitude when spoken to, ALL the time. Kerry should find a career where she does not need to communicate with individuals. On the other hand, Chase in the office is actually kind and speaks to individuals respectfully. The maintenance team at Casitas is very helpful and respectful. Besides Chase, who is really nice, they are the only Casita team members who will actually speak to you like a human being. Kerry is rude and will make it seem like it is not her job to answer questions, even though she is the manager.
Casitas is a great place to live. I had no complaints, so I'll just list attributes that contributed to the overall positive experience of living here: Plentiful parking (which made moving in and out with U-Hauls especially easy); about a minute walking distance from walking paths and parks; general proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, public transport ; study center being available 24/7 and having great AC for hot summer days; and the fitness center, while small, has enough machines to work out and rarely crowded enoug... read more
Casitas is a great place to live all in all--maintenance was always quick, the leasing office was always kind and helpful, and the area is great. The units are kind of rundown, but it's nothing terrible. However, that being said, I wouldn't recommend living here less than one year, as they may take a lot out of your security deposit because the lease states that they can. We cleaned our unit well and trust me when I say there was no need for more paint on the walls, but we still got charged for cleaning and painting. So, in ... read more
