Of course my AC stopped blowing cold on one of the hottest days of the year! Thankfully I found a referral for this company from a neighbor. I gave them call and Ricardo answered right away on a holiday nonetheless! That in itself is rare. It seems I can never get a business to answer the phone during business hours and often have to leave multiple messages before getting a call back. Excellent service with Ricardo. Very communicative, friendly, and on time. Knows what he’s doing and explained every step of the way. Helped fix my heater up and functioning again in no time. Would recommend!
