Pool was dirty the entire trip. Property didn't seem to care kept lying saying they serviced. Worst place. ...we will file a formal complaint

Booked with Casiola through AirBnB. Reviews seem to be either 1 star or 5 stars and your stay will likely be a gamble on which experience you get. The properties do not seem well managed. We arrived to the home found the pool FILTHY and covered in algae. It would have been unsafe to swim in. It looked like it wasn’t maintained for over a week. We reserved a Casiola property 3 days before going to Florida as we wanted a bigger property with a family of 5. Unfortunately due to Covid we had to cancel our plans before the trip. All other companies were either refunding us or rescheduling the services to a later time. Not Casiola, they took the hefty one week fee for the property.
