DO NOT USE THEM! where do i start. lets just say, their responses are written by AI, lack empathy. We rented a townhome in Orlando for Disney and it did not have working AC. house never cooled below 77 at night in the summer in Florida... imagine how hard it is to sleep. the fridge... the freezer wouldn't freeze ice packets and the wifi wouldn't work all the time. I had to cancel my reservation due to an emergency surgery with my infant (which I explained everything to the host), and unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing. The host was very rude and nasty when I reached out to explain the situation. What’s worse is that they provided false information to Airbnb in order to withhold my refund—claiming their calendar had been blocked off for a year because of my booking, when I hadn’t even booked that far in advance. Our stay we had through this agency was awful. Our first night, all of our groceries were ruined due to the fridge not working. We were told we would be refund for that, we were not. Soon after arriving the kids wanted to swim, we went to the pool and it was dirty. WE informed them of that on the same call we had about the fridge. Please stay clear of this company. I made reservation for this property. The company deducted my account and later the day of check im sent me a link to verify my information. Submitted a photo of license and debit card as requested. I was later sent a message stating that I couldn't be verified and my reservation was canceled. I have a clean driving record, 20 year veteran from the US Army with security clearance, a steady job, and my bank account is in excellent standing.
