Love the queen but I don't think she care for me never won a jackpot, and I been going since they opened up
Bad bad bad food was horrible , the casino was to small and had to many video machines !
Never again rude desk people at the hotel no breakfast at the hotel and u ha e to walk outside to get to the casino from the hotel.

This is the worst place ever. Stopped here driving through St Louis. All restaurants closed at 6:00Pm. Only thing open was snack bar. Stood in line for an hour for 3 $20. Hot dogs. Hotel put an extra hold for$100. On my credit card. After 5 days has not been removed. Never ever stop again.

Casino Queen; America's most dangerous and unsafe casino! At least 15-25 shootings occur here every day, even in broad daylight, who knows how many IED attacks occur here and nearby daily, well over 150 robberies also occur here daily. There are plenty of much safer casinos out there; stay the blazes away from this one, and stay the blazes away from East St. Louis and all surrounding areas.
