Took my wife their after a wonderful birthday dinner at Kemolls. First time going to CQ. We really enjoyed our time. Played roulette all night and beat the casino. Took home more money then we came with. Will definitely visit again.
The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My room was beautiful - nice bedding and extra pillow and comforter in the closet. Bathroom spacious and clean. However the towels were rough need to be rinsed with downy or some similar product. The housekeeper was very nice and friendly. She asked if there was anything that I needed. I went to the buffet at the Casino and there was plenty to chose from and tasted good. Cashier service slow only 1 person taking orders and sitting people on Saturday morning.. Best casino around. Friendly staff. The place is spotless. I never seem to get comped. They need to work on that. I highly recommend the CQ!
We were there for July 2. Our 27 anniversary. There was 3 white families with us we felt very racially profiled. All US Veterans our military I'd wasn't accepted. When we told staff Thank You they would only frown at us not speak. The lady at the casino entrance was verbally beligerant with us. The lady at the restaurant looked beyond us standing there waiting to pay. Just all staff was very rude. I am not usually one to complain but I have never been treated so bad in all my life. Bathroom was really nasty. Shower leaked badly. The bed was extremely hard.
If you are a white person, stay away ffrom employee owned casino Queen You won't win and even the security guards stare right through you if u wave. So sad and obvious
