I love going to see Dr. Casiano, she is very caring and attentive. I find myself being able to open up to her easily, and she communicates well with my other doctors. However, her office manager Cheryl is very frustrating. She doesn't listen, she doesn't speak to people respectfully, and she doesn't quite understand that the wall she sits behind is paper thin, and she speaks too loudly about things that should be confidential. Because of Cheryl, I actually dread coming in for appointments.
Dr. Casiano has a kind, gentle nature and is compassionate and non judgemental. I was immediately at ease with her at my first appointment. She truly listens and makes appropriate suggestions using pharmaceutical and non pharmaceutical recommendations. I would recommend her to anyone!
