Awesome haircut with Adam- easy appointment and nice reminder- easy parking in garage is validated.
Stylist completely ruined my bangs...cut 2-3 inches back into my hairline, lopsided and uneven. When I complained, I was completely ignored, repeated requests to have the owner call me were unheeded. The owner finally wrote me in response to a letter I sent, with pictures of the cut (before and after) and I was told that I was given a complimentary bang cut and they did nothing wrong. Unprofessional/Do Not Back Their Work – I'm still in disbelief over my experience with Cashmere. I was a long-time customer (over a year) who came in weekly for blow-outs because of them being next door to me. I approximate over the course of a year, I spent well over $3000 in products and service in their salon. My stylist (who I found out later was a recent graduate of a local beauty school) made a major mistake in cutting my hair. The thing is, I did not ask for them to be cut. At Cashmere, you will find only the best of the best in the industry- experience, education and professionalism are not only expected but required. We are not above human error and always strive to make sure our guests are happy. Unfortunately, we disagree with the assessment of the the situation cited here. We're very sorry that she is unhappy but stand behind how this situation was handled. We feel that very few would disagree.
#1 Hair Salon – Cashmere Salon Spa is amazing! My daughter and I have been there twice now. Our stylist was Adrienne she is GREAT! She helped me to decide on what would be the right color for my hair and suggested some highlights and gave me a great haircut. Adrienne and everybody there were very friendly. Your greeted with a smile when you come into the salon. I like the fact that I could change into a smock before the color was applied. I've had alot of tops ruined from hair color and bleach. Best salon in town!! – Cashmere is such an amazing place! I've been there several times before, and the stylists seem to have a ton of experience and knowledge. I always feel comfortable while I'm there, I don't want to leave! I get my hair done by Adam, and he is phenomenal! I love getting my hair done exactly how I want it! I would recommend Cashmere to everyone I know, its truly a wonderful experience!
Emily is AMAZING!!! – Emily has been doing my hair for 2 years now and she is AMAZING! She keeps up with the trends in beauty and fashion and does an amazing job on my out of control curly, thick hair. She showed me how to use the right products for my hair and has given me wonderful tips on how to fix my hair and I get compliments all the time on how great my hair looks. The new salon is also fantastic. I really love the express peidicure. It's a great treat to get your toes done while your color is processing!
