Tamaria called my phone as if I was pre qualified and when I got up there she told me I have been denied. She told me over the phone that I was good to go.

I dont know what's wrong with the ppl at this location.they just be blowing my phone up about my payment like I'm lakw when it's not even due. For a whole week then been calling about my payment that's due october 21st 2024 .doesn't make since I can see u blowing me up if I'm past due that maybe understandable. Them keep sending payment authorization to my email for me to approve . I'm not approving nothing ill pay when it's due. Customer service was great but I gave a 1 star rating because I was lied to over the phone. I was told one thing but when I got there it was different story. Wasted the little bit of money I had to get there, when the staff could’ve just been up front about the process.
