They sell items they refuse to take back unless you pay for the option of them doing so lol. They cant keep employees to save their lives and management is trash. The big manager is married to the manager of Aaron's and leaks info to her.

I used to buy everything there loved the place but their policies have changed so much and prices have went up their employees there now are rude and have no idea what's going on

Typically a great place to do business!! But I had came in about 6:25 knowing they close at 7 I seen something I had wanted and didn’t have enough cash on me so I told the manager to put it back for me I was going to run home get some more money and come back and I would be there before they close!!! Customer service in the Zanesville store is extremely poor. When you see clerks speak in a caustic, raised voice to others, customers take notice. Personnel evidently need training in employee or customer relations. There should never be yelling to employees or customers in a professional setting. Instead of a one rating, it should probably be .001.
I have bought a hand held scanner and a tablet very pleased with the service
