Negative stars Buyer beware! RUN. They are asking people to pay to get the cars keys made after signing the paperwork and making a payment. Then you get to see what the car is about. Bill/ LA ?? He keeps changing his name. Is rude and nasty, he won’t work with you on ANYTHING, then he curses you out and blocks you when you ask for your money back even though the sale was within the first 24 hours. They also sold me a bad car and had the nerve to say I could trade it in bad business but I'm not settling for that I am in the process of contacting a dealer fraud lawyer because I think it's full you spend your money on a non-working car and the only thing they can offer is for you to trade it in and have more money to spend with them no thank you I would advise no one to go to this dealership
They took my money 3 days ago and told me my car would be ready later that day just to fix something small and minor! Now today they telling me I have to wait another day!! My daughter gave them $2000 cash for the 2012 Ford Focus they were supposed to replace the transmission we waited 6 weeks and every week the same story finally i said give her the money back. RecommendedI see all these terrible reviews on this page anytime I go through here to get to the website. I honestly don’t know about any of the experiences you all had but couple weeks ago I purchased a car from the lot. The cars they let me look at and test drive all worked perfectly fine. I visited Columbus Ohio to watch my sister give birth to my nephew and on the way my car broke down on 104. I didn’t know where I was at or where I was going and I seen the car lot. I talked to someone there and they sold me a Chevy Malibu for a great price. Made it to the hospital before my nephew was born and made it home to Lexington.
